whenever I don’t know what to draw I somehow always come back to this kid from that one sound horizon song
These were commissioned by someone who wants to stay anonymous. They sent me some scene suggestions for my old OCs Lark and Alise and then we worked out the rest from there. It was pretty fun!
i think the quality there is good enough to just do regular prices =O i didn’t see anything wrong with the ones you had at the art walk and i think you said you got them printed there? unless i wasn’t looking at the right prints or i’m totally wrong
nah, that’s them!! the quality definitely isn’t bad (I wouldn’t even consider selling them if I thought that the quality would be a problem), but there’s a noticeable difference between the two when compared. I just want to be able to offer a cheaper alternative, because I know that buying multiple prints can get pretty pricey, and I’d like for them to be affordable!
tbh, I would almost like to just make things easy and offer these exclusively, but I already have the printer and paper for the luster ones, so I figured I would go ahead and keep them as an option!
Hey friends!! I need to open my storenvy back up, but I also want to get a decent inventory before I do that, so I have some questions! I would greatly appreciate your input!
We have a local print shop, and I’m considering getting a couple of things printed there. They’re pretty simple glossy cardstock prints, so I could sell them fairly cheaply, but the quality isn’t quite as good (not bad though); would anyone be interested in having that open as an option? I’m thinking maybe $7 for 8.5 x 11 and $14 for 12 x 18. The high-quality borderless luster prints that would be offered alongside them would probably be almost, if not, twice that price.
I’m able to print on a print-to-print basis either way, so I don’t really have to worry about how many of each one will sell - keeping that in mind, are there any images in particular that you would be interested in seeing?
Thank you so so much for any help!
still trying to iron out this hawk kid’s basic design
I doodled him at work months and months ago, and he’s changed an awful lot since then. for the better, I think, but I’m still having difficulties!

I posted this earlier and deleted it because I felt kinda weird about the note counts being so visible, but I guess if I’m honest, it’s actually really neat to be able to see which images people ended up interacting with the most…! And I’m just!! extremely stunned by the amount of support this year!!? How did this HAPPEN
I appreciate your little comments and your cute tags and your messages and criticisms more than you can imagine, and I just want to say thank you so so so much for sticking around despite my periods of inactivity. Your encouragement has done wonders for me. I’ll keep trying my best!
Here’s to hoping that 2014 will be another productive year!!
